We understand plans change. Appointments may be rescheduled one time for a $30 rescheduling fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding, as mobile detailing requires travel, time allocation, and product preparation.
We respect your time and ask the same in return. If you arrive 15 or more minutes late to your scheduled appointment, a late fee may be assessed at the discretion of Hypersonic Auto Spa LLC. Excessive tardiness may also require rescheduling or cancellation of the appointment.
By booking a service with Hypersonic Auto Spa LLC, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all mobile detailing services, including interior and exterior detailing, add-ons, ceramic coatings, and related treatments.
Services are performed at the location designated by the customer, subject to safe access, adequate lighting, and a suitable working environment. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, modify the scope of work, or decline service if the vehicle condition, weather, or site conditions exceed the selected package or present a safety concern.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information, removing personal belongings from the vehicle, and ensuring access to the vehicle, water, and electricity when required. Hypersonic Auto Spa LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical defects, non-visible conditions, or damage caused by aging materials.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any marketing photos taken of your vehicle will only be captured with your express permission.
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Hypersonic Auto Spa LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with the latest version posted on this page.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. If payment is tendered but the appointment is missed and not rescheduled within 14 days, the payment is forfeited.
